3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the service to:

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access, reject file processing, and delete files associated with any user or IP address violating this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Conversion Fidelity & Service Disclaimers
Fileora utilizes specialized software libraries and conversion engines (including LibreOffice, PDF.js, pdf-lib, Sharp, and Mammoth) to process a wide variety of file formats. Conversions are provided on a "best-effort" basis:
Documents containing proprietary fonts, complex multi-column layouts, nested tables, or custom vector graphics may experience subtle font substitutions, line reflow, or spacing variations.
Spreadsheet pagination (Excel to PDF) fits columns logically, but extremely wide sheets, custom print areas, dynamic external links, or macro-driven cells may not render identically to native Excel.
Lossy compression algorithms intentionally discard redundant image data to achieve target file sizes; minor visual quality loss may occur depending on compression strength.
Scanned document extraction depends heavily on original scan clarity, contrast, skew, and resolution. Handwritten text or low-DPI scans may contain character misrecognitions.
Original File Backups: Fileora is a conversion tool, NOT a backup service. You are solely responsible for maintaining permanent, unmodified copies of your original files. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unintentional alteration resulting from file conversion.

- Informational Nature: AI-generated summaries, translations, and table parses are generated automatically by large language models and are intended solely for general informational purposes.
